**Minimum Qualifications**
- Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Electrical, RF, Telecom, or related field)
- 5+ Years of Telecommunications experience - required
- 1+ Years of North American Telecommunications experience - preferred
- Experience working with RAN (Nokia & Ericsson)
- Experience planning power requirements for telecommunications sites
- Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
- Canadian resident with necessary permit or citizenship to work in Canada.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Have a High level of understanding of HSPA/LTE/5G networks
- Understanding of cell site optimization process
- Demonstrate focus on accuracy and high attention to detail.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills: must have the ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
- Present strong project management skills with the ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed.
- Be self-motivated and able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to department requests as well as collaborating with others to utilize resources and knowledge in identifying high quality solutions.
- Able to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the organization to achieve business results effectively and professionally.
- Adhere to all company and industry standard/regulations/safety practices.
- Ability to obtain a PEng (professional engineering designation) in jurisdictions as may be necessary to perform job functions.

**Essential Functions**
- Test new RAN equipment in a lab setting;
- Provision power requirements (AC & DC) for new equipment installs.
- Create equipment installation standards and specifications;
- Design site specific requirements for RF equipment;
- Maintain project management software data for resource allocation and project status;
- Liaise with PMs and field crews to ensure scope of each field project is clearly communicated;
- Support Division Manager with weekly scheduling and updating field schedules;
- Coordinate site access for field technicians;
- Verify field completed tasks (Job Safety Analysis, field book notes, photo uploads, etc);
- Coordinate field vehicle maintenance and maintain logs;
- Maintain field gear inventory/shipping between offices;
- Maintain equipment calibration;
- Coordinate onboarding training for new hires and refresher training, as required.
- Other duties as required.

**Physical Demands and Work Environment**

Work is typically performed in climate-controlled office environment, with the occasional requirement to travel and visit sites. Employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, speak, and hear.
