Landscape Foreman/woman

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape foreman or woman to join our team. As the Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our landscaping projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

**Duties**:

- Plan, schedule, and supervise landscaping projects from start to finish
- Lead a team of landscapers in performing various tasks such as irrigation installation, garden design, and landscape maintenance
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain equipment inventory, ensuring that all tools and machinery are in good working condition
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Train and mentor new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Oversee the maintenance of landscapes, including pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, labor hours, and materials used

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscape construction or maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Proficient in various landscaping techniques such as irrigation systems, garden design, and plant care
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local plant species and their care requirements
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
