Dishwasher/cleaner

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
1. Daily dishwashing of all pastry, kitchen, bar and customer dishwares

2. Follows daily, weekly, and monthly cleanings schedules in a timely manner

3. Cleaning bathrooms

4. Removal of waste, recyclables and organics throughout the day and end of day

5. Clean and sanitize kitchen and dish washing area including walls, surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment; sweep and mop floors

6. Completes additional duties as delegated

**Operations**

1. Uses equipment properly and reports any deficiencies to the Store Manager

2. Follows established Food safety protocols

3. Follows Health and Safety protocols

4. Follows Company Employee Handbook guidelines and protocols

5. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

6. Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards is a plus

7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

8. Willingness to learn and help wherever needed

9. Experience in a food service, restaurant, or hospitality setting is beneficial

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
