**Job Summary - Geotechnician**

The Geotech's primary role is to work with Exploration Geologists to collect, catalogue and organize geological and/or geochemical samples. Accurate and timely collection and documentation is critical for the efficient ongoing success of the Company's clients exploration programs. Such jobs include core cutting, GeoProbe sampling, and RAB sample collection.

The job will be primarily field based working with any of the RAB, Diamond Drills or GeoProbe.

**Individuals who have proven successful in these roles have been**:

- An understanding of geology, rock types, minerals and field sampling methods
- Experienced and skilled in navigating in remote areas (i.e. Bear Aware, backwoods camping, handheld Garmin GPS navigation).
- Physically active outdoor enthusiasts who are wilderness savvy (Wilderness First Aid Certification has proven to be a strong asset)
- Certified in First Aid - level C & AED _** this is a requirement_
- Physically fit persons, who are able to lift and carry 60+ lbs backpacks across mountainous terrain

**Field Jobs require individuals to work remotely in small teams based out of wall-tent camps for extended periods of time.**
