Please Note: We are hiring for positions that will begin when the ground has thawed and we are able to begin installations. The likely start date will be the end of March or early April.

Operate various tools and equipment, including: Skid Steers, Mini Excavators, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, etc.

Receive training in: Skid Steer Operation, Mini Excavator Operation, Hard Surface Installation best practices, Construction Safety

Assist in the construction of walkways, patios, retaining walls, driveways and other landscape elements.

Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis

Plant garden beds and lawns

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape construction projects

Transport materials using skid steers, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Comply with all company policies and regulations

Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations

**Qualifications**:
Preferred one year experience in the landscape/construction industry but not required

Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner

Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)

Knowledge of, or ability to learn about, specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices

Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team

Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
