**Position: Estimator**

Key Performance Indicators:

- Complete projects with 0 safety related incidents
- Accomplish projects within 2% of budget
- Achieve sales 10x annual salary

**Position Description**

Estimators are responsible for the sale of demolition services to a variety of clients in the Edmonton Area. Accountable to the Sr. Estimator, Estimators are expected to achieve yearly sales of 10 times their annual salary, at minimum. Estimators are expected to continuously network, and generate new relationships on behalf of Downright Demolition Ltd.

Estimators are accountable to the Sr. Estimator for the following tasks, including but not limited to:

- Sale of demolition services to new and existing clients of all sizes.
- Responsible and accurate quotation of demolition services to all clients using established policies & tools for estimating.
- Clear and consistent communication to project management upon awarding of contract regarding specific tasks to be completed on site, tools & equipment required.
- Clear communication in working with administrative staff for the provision of quotations & invoices to clients.
- Completing site walkthroughs at the finalization of the project with the client to address any issues and fill out a performance survey.
- Following an established follow up process for all outstanding quotations using a CRM tool.
- Communicating with Sr. Estimator on reasons why quotations are not accepted, ensuring that scopes of work are clear and pricing is in line with market expectations
- Attendance of one networking event or taking one client for lunch per week minimum
- Assist in scheduling of your awarded projects
- Ongoing management of projects awarded including daily site checks
- Ordering materials and services from vendors for awarded projects using an established PO system
- Organizing and putting together tools that are required for your project
- Completing start up meetings at the commencement of each project
- Approving daily hour sheets from operations team
- Attendance of daily huddle meetings
- Approving invoices corresponding to issued purchase orders from vendors

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- 3-5 years in demolition or construction estimating
- Literacy in web based electronic systems
