We're looking for an individual who loves to mentor and inspire, is motivated, organized, creative, has great people skills, enjoys spending time with young people, and loves spending summers outdoors

This position reports to the Summer Camp Supervisor and works as part of the leadership team.

Areas of responsibility include running leadership training for our LEAD program, daily debriefs with LEAD participants, scheduling training weeks, supervision and implementation of the LEAD leadership program for grade 8, 9 and 10 students. They will also guide and participate in the implementation of summer programming and the delivery of Outdoor Education programs.

Leadership Co-ordinator is responsible for promoting the core values and standards of Lambton Centre, the Ontario Camping Association and the United Church of Canada. These include:

This position involves working with children and youth. It is a high-risk position and requires a full screening process, including the submission of a current Police Records Check including Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Contract length: 10 weeks

Pay: $630.00 per week
