**Position Overview**:

- Job Type: Part-time
- Shift: Evening Shifts (5:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Location: Divers Lake area, Nanaimo, BC

**Key Responsibilities**: As an Evening Caregiver, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Assisting client with their evening routine, which will include meal preparation, medication reminders, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to client.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of client at all times.
- Report all change in conditions & follow a care plan.
- Safe use of an overhead lift.
- Dementia/Alzheimers knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- A reliable and responsible work ethic.
- Ability to work independently & as a team.
- Experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is considered an asset.
- DL & vehicle not required but considered an asset.
