**Fonctions principales**

Sous la supervision du chef du conditionnement, le titulaire du poste effectue les oprations de conditionnement partir dinstructions prcises dans le respect des bonnes pratiques de fabrication, des procdures et des consignes de scurit.

**Production des lots**
- Effectue le travail demballage et lopration des lignes de conditionnement en respect des procdures en place
- Sassure de suivre les tapes de production tels que spcifies dans la FMC
- Complte avec diligence la documentation en cours de production
- Contrle la qualit en cours de production et avise le responsable lors de drive
- Effectue des inspections de produits lorsque ncessaire
- Est garant de complter la documentation ncessaire lors de dviations
- Sassure de la disponibilit du matriel ncessaire lexcution de ses tches
- Sassure du maintien de son poste de travail, quipements propres selon les normes qualit BPF et HSE
- Effectue toute autre tche connexe la demande de son gestionnaire
- Simplique dans le travail dquipe et participe au dveloppement des nouvelles mthodes de travail.
- Est garant du maintien de ses qualifications techniques et de sa connaissance des mthodes et procdures en vigueur.

**quipements et matriel**
- Est garant de la vrification du bon tat de fonctionnement et de la conformit des quipements et des locaux
- Sassure de lutilisation conforme des quipements.
- Informe le chef dquipe et/ou le gestionnaire lors de problmes rencontrs
- Respecte les standards de production (TRS, Productivit, Rendements).
- Sassure de respecter les consignes
- Peut assurer le montage de certains quipements
- Effectue le lavage des quipements et des locaux
- Peut vrifier, complter et transmettre les dossiers de lots et documents de conditionnement
- Prend les mesures ncessaires pour prserver lintgrit des personnes, des biens et des produits en cas danomalie.
- Peut assurer les entres dans les systmes de gestion de production

**BPF et HSE**
- Effectue son travail dans le respect des normes, politiques et procdures BPF et HSE en vigueur
- Applique au quotidien les directives, procdures et instructions HSE
- Est garant de dclarer tout vnement qualit/HSE son gestionnaire
- Fait remonter les problmes et propose des amliorations
