Fresh Prints Gallery specializes in modern contemporary art. Our mission is to offer stunning masterpieces at prices anyone can afford to elevate your home or office space.
Management positions will need to go through a 30 - 90 day training to ensure all aspects of the business is properly understood.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome customers to the store, and assist them in selecting art pieces that suit their preferences and needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the store
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet sales targets
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Would need to be comfortable with the above and in addition:
- Creating schedules
- Sales reporting
- Inventory control
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Training staff
