As a Client Care Centre Associate, you will be at the forefront of our sales team, driving growth and delivering top-notch service to our clients. Working in our vibrant Call Centre, you will handle a high volume of calls, assisting potential clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met promptly and effectively. This role is ideal for someone who is self-managing, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

What you will bring to our team
- A proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset

Experience working in a call centre environment

High energy and enthusiasm with a competitive drive

Self-starter who can manage their own time and workload effectively

Goal-oriented with a relentless pursuit of success

Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Level 1 General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)

A day in the life
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls

Develop and maintain strong client relationships over the phone

Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions

Handle a high volume of sales activities with a sense of urgency

Navigate and resolve client issues with innovative problem-solving

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
