With over 90 employees, **F/LIST CANADA** is the company's first international location, established over 15 years ago, and is the center of excellence for high-quality wood veneers in the F/LIST Group. The location provides aftermarket services for business & private jets, produces interiors for Air New Market in North America and designs custom residential interiors.

As part of our team you will...
- **coordinate **internal project of** aviation projects** such as but not limited to, preparing/leading kick-off packages, participating in schedule review, tracking major milestones, etc
- perform **active project management**, leading problem resolution & ensuring clear communication to all team members
- be the **contact person** for **customer**; aircraft walkthrough, receiving and processing purchase order, providing the project status reports, etc
- fulfill and monitor **project goals**, **costs **and **key performance indicators**:

- do **billing of projects** or orders including any modification costs
- assist in creating **sales proposals**

You're a good fit if you....
- possess a **Bachelor’s Degree** in engineering, business, or equivalent
- have a **technical understanding** of drawings, aviation certification and proficient problem-solving skills
- have **industry knowledge** in **aviation** and minimum 3 years of **experience **in **project management**:

- have **experience **in **aircraft refurbishment** is an asset, particularly in interiors
- are a **continuous learner** who looks for direct feedback and takes charge of their growth
- are **independent**, have **entrepreneurial **thinking and behavior
- are highly **solution **and **goal oriented**
