Salad Bar Clerk

National Food Shop is a specialty grocery store with full-service salad bar, sushi bar and deli counter located in Westmount’s Victoria Village at 4903 rue Sherbrooke ouest.

We are looking for a _**motivated, hard-working**_ and _**committed**_ full-time **Salad Bar Clerk**:
**Responsibilities**:

- General food preparation, cutting produce for use in salads.
- Maintain a stocked service and deli counter.
- Greeting and serving customers.
- Preparing salads at the service counter, as per customers' orders.
- Preparing and assembling UberEats delivery orders.
- Preparing ready-to-eat salads to be served at the deli counter.
- Serve prepared salads at the deli counter.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation.

**Requirements**:

- Adequate knife skills with good ability to chop/dice/slice.
- Familiar with general food preparation and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or at a salad bar is an asset.
