Position: Hardscape Foreman

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead hardscape projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of hardscape crew members, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.

Site Preparation: Oversee site preparation activities, including excavation, grading, and other necessary tasks to ensure a solid foundation for hardscape installations.

Material Management: Coordinate the efficient use of materials and equipment, ensuring proper inventory management and timely procurement of necessary supplies.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the highest quality standards in hardscape installations, addressing any issues promptly and implementing corrective measures.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment and ensuring that all team members adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hardscape Foreman or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of hardscape construction techniques, materials, and tools.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor as needed.

Valid driver's license (G required)(A,AZ,D,DZ Bonus)

Education and Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification in hardscape installation or a related field is a plus.
