Our Complex Buildings group in Vancouver is looking for an Electrical Engineer-in-Training to join our growing team. To perform this role successfully, the Electrical Engineer-in-Training will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Design and draft in AutoCAD, and Revit. On-the-job training can be provided.
- Markup drawings for other drafters
- Perform routine calculations and design as directed
- Make equipment selections and communicate with vendors
- Issue drawings and other documents
- Be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with other members of a large team
- Be proactive and take self initiative
- Have the ability to handle several tasks and projects at once
- Be responsible for continuing education as required by EGM

**What will you contribute?**
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering is required.
- 0-3 years experience with an engineering consulting company.
- Experience in AutoCAD, Revit drafting software preferred but not necessary.
- Able to perform lighting calculations using software such as AGi32.
- Site experience and ability to travel for business purposes an asset.
- Registered or able to register as an EIT with AGM.
- Experience in electrical design for institutional building types (schools, hospitals, etc) will be an asset.
