Saskatoon, Canada New Earth Therapy Full time

New Earth Therapy is hiring a Registered Speech Language Pathologist for an independent contract position.

**About this position**:
**Duties**:

- Conduct assessments and evaluations of individuals to determine their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide treatment and support to individuals, families, and groups
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress per New Earth Therapy standards
- Stay informed about community resources and refer clients to appropriate services as needed
- Participate in inter-disciplinary meetings, peer consult team meetings, and collaborative meetings
- Participate in ongoing professional development

**Qualifications & Job Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Registration, or eligible to register, with CSASK
- Thorough understanding and adherence to your governing body’s ethical guidelines
- Proof of personal liability insurance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- 2 years of experience is considered an asset
- experience in early childhood education settings
