Cafe Baker

Welcome to Castle Antiques & Cafe, a cottage country destination in the heart of Haliburton. We’re a small team dedicated to customer service and providing the best shopping and dine-in or takeout experience possible. We pride ourselves on our fresh homemade vegan and gluten free baked goods, soups and salads, as well as our in-house freshly roasted coffee, antiques and decor finds.

This is a full-time or part-time permanent position for a creative, and fun individual, that enjoys working in a fast paced environment. The right person will enjoy early morning starts to bake fresh vegan and gluten free treats, make salads, soups and prep for the day ahead. You may need to assist in serving customers. Every day is a bit different

Responsibilities may include; baking for the day, creating different soups, salads and specials, opening and closing the store, balancing the till, exceptional customer service, roasting coffee, creating apothecary inventory, maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe and store, create curated displays, assist in antique sales, working as a team and so much more

You must be available to work holidays and weekends.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
