**Responsibilities**:

- Provide training and information about the benefits of healthy foods and balanced diet
- Develop students familiarity, competency, and confidence within Food & Nutrition in a practical food

preparation environment

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate
- Must have excellent organizational and classroom management skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with students and parents
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with students with special needs

As a condition of employment, all new hires must complete a satisfactory criminal record check with vulnerable
sector search, and child abuse registry check as part of the hiring process.
Salary & benefits for this position will be administered in accordance with the SRSD/SRTA collective bargaining
agreement (CBA).
