Gazifère, distributeur exclusif de gaz naturel en Outaouais, est à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste financier I. Le groupe des Finances de Gazifère cherche à pourvoir un poste sur une base permanente. En tant que membre de l’équipe, le titulaire du poste sera appelé à supporter l’équipe des finances au niveau des comptes à payer, comptes à recevoir et multiples autres tâches connexes.

Tâches et responsabilités clés- Traiter, coder et distribuer pour approbation les factures des fournisseurs, analyser toutes les factures reçues par la poste des comptes créditeurs, effectuer la configuration des nouveaux comptes fournisseurs et travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des comptes fournisseurs.- Être super-utilisateur de Markview, le système des comptes fournisseurs de Gazifère.- Effectuer le suivi des déclarations et des demandes des fournisseurs sur l'état des paiements.- Traiter les chèques reçus des clients en effectuant l’encaissement dans le système de facturation, CIS Infinity sur une base quotidienne.- Préparer le dépôt bancaire hebdomadaire des encaissements par chèque.- Télécharger les factures d'équipement dans le module Maximo quotidiennement.- Préparer la facturation dans le module AR d’Oracle pour tout ce qui n’est pas comptabilisé dans CIS, entre autres les factures pour dommages, relocalisations et autres du service des opérations. Produire ces factures à partir de la documentation fournie par le service des Opérations. Faire le suivi de ces comptes à recevoir, conserver une trace des factures et travailler directement avec le service du crédit pour les comptes en souffrance.- Soutenir le processus de fin de mois en préparant certaines écritures de journal, régularisations, rapprochements, etc.- Participation à l’audit intérimaire et de fin d’année pour la production des échantillons dans CIS, dans Markview, et dans Maximo, ainsi que pour la production de différents rapports provenant directement d’Oracle.- Effectuer diverses autres tâches requises pour soutenir les fonctions financières globales.- Contribuer à l’établissement et au succès d’une équipe polyvalente.

**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme d’étude Collégial en administration ou comptabilité ;- Trois années et plus d'expérience pertinente en comptabilité ;- La personne dans ce poste doit maîtriser le français. Comme cette personne devra interagir fréquemment avec des collègues, intervenants et clients qui ne parlent pas le français, il est exigé que cette personne possède une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;- Excellentes compétences financières, analytiques et d'amélioration de processus ;- Attention aux détails ;- Capacité de s'adapter au changement et d'effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanées ;- Une expérience avec ORACLE et / ou CIS Infinity serait considérée comme un atout certain ;- La maîtrise de MS Office est essentielle, avec de solides compétences Excel ;- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de gestion du temps ainsi que de solides compétences en matière d'éthique et de communication.

Gazifère, the exclusive natural gas distribution company in Quebec’s Outaouais region, is seeking a, Financial Analyst I. Gazifère’s Finance Group is seeking to fill a position on a fulltime basis. As a team member, the incumbent will support the Finance Team with accounts payable, accounts receivable and multiple other related duties.

Key

**Responsibilities**:
- Process and code vendor invoices, as well as distribute them for approval. Review all accounts payable invoices received, set up new accounts payable and work closely with the Accounts Payable Team.- Be a power user of Markview, Gazifère’s accounts payable system.- Follow-up on claims and requests by vendors regarding payment status.- Process client cheques received, on a daily basis, through the billing system (CIS Infinity).- Prepare the weekly bank deposit of cheques.- Upload equipment invoices, on a daily basis, to the Maximo module.- Prepare invoicing in Oracle’s AR module for anything not entered in CIS, including invoices for damages, relocations and other oper
