**About the role**

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team

As a Project Manager, CLL, you will pilot different projects.

**What you'll do here**:

- Support the operations by working autonomously on challenging, strategic projects in areas such as Casualty, Specialty, Large Loss and Standards and Norms Operations.
- Develop methodology and required financial research to build Business Cases
- Establish effective measurable Key Performance Indicators to track projects efficiencies and estimate benefits.
- Work closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in claims, finance, actuarial, workforce management and the different operational teams to plan and execute projects.
- Collect material and prepare presentations for senior management and various committees to support recommendations.
- Drive change by continuously improving work processes and making substantial observations, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Represent CLS interests on national projects.
- Support CLS communications and events coordination.
- Assist in the creation of change management plans.

**What you need**:

- Desired competencies: adaptability, innovative, analytical, decision making, critical thinking, communication, planning and organizing.
- Bilingualism (French, English) both oral and written (major asset) - _Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country_.
- More than five (5) years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Certification in Mathematics or Finance (major asset)
- Programming knowledge VBA, SAS (major asset)
