**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and updating financial records using QuickBooks
- Handling the accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Generating financial reports as needed
- Generate Payroll via ADP
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Produce government agencies report quarterly for TPS TVQ
- Overseeing the entire accounting process
- Managing inventory adjustment in Quickbook
- Generating bill of material
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
- Monitoring stock levels and issuing purchase orders as needed
- Perform any other accounting-related duties as required by the President.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience working in an accounting role
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Fluent in English is mandatory (French is an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- College Accounting degree with experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Candiac, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
