Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, including but not limited to bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, and cranes
- Use equipment to dig, move, and load materials as required for construction projects
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience operating farm machinery or similar equipment is a plus
- Proficient in Excavating, Operating doze4, loader, backhoe, Track skidsteer and other relevant skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in sewer and water installation, Septic's, road building, and any Heavy civil construction would be an assetNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
