Planting seeds using a seeding machine. Recording all data in a production guide. Working with other staff, regarding transplanting of seedlings.

Basic math skills are necessary. Although there is a set seeding schedule, calculations will be needed to estimate amount of seeds for each seed run.

Given the amount of time necessary to train for this position, we are interested in someone who is committed to several years employment with us.
