We are a Sherwood Park based company seeking energetic and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal crews. Applicants need to be aware that work is geared towards snow removal. When it snows, you are committed to working hard and understand that work will be slow during the breaks in the weather.

**About the Operator (Snow Removal) position**
- You are a reliable and responsible individual.
- You are hardworking and dedicated and available on-call (24-7).
- You demonstrate the ability to work well as a team player and help others if need be.
- You are able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and follow instructions appropriately.
- You exhibit the utmost professionalism and respect towards clients and co-workers.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in snow removal equipment operation
- You maintain a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
- You are able to load/unload and tie down machine on trailer
- You have experience towing trailer.
- You have a means of transportation to and from work.
- You possess a positive attitude
- You have Emergency First Aid and CPR or are willing to obtain if hired.

**Role and Responsibilities of the Operators (Snow Removal)**
- You are expected to complete your sites in the allotted time safely and with no damage to property or equipment.
- You are expected to be on call 24-7 and on time for your shift; no matter the hour of the day or day of the week, including holidays.
- You are expected to work cooperatively with the Lead Operator and other Operators on site to complete the work as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- You understand the importance of following company policies and procedures, especially in light of safety and performance issues.
- You will act, at all times, in a professional manner (wearing PPE, contact with clients and co-workers, dealing with complaints).
- You are expected to perform routine equipment maintenance (i.e. greasing machine.) Daily inspections are completed on the machine and truck you are using.
- You are expected to complete all necessary paperwork at the end of shift and hand it in.
- You are able to take a photo as requested at sites to confirm work is completed accurately
- You are physically fit and able to help out the ground crew when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- skid steer operating: 3 years (preferred)
