As a Barber, you will provide exceptional grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in hair styling and customer service will be essential in delivering a positive experience that keeps customers coming back.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform haircuts, shaves, and other grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
- Foster a friendly environment by effectively communicating with clients and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hair styling with a focus on precision and creativity.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey ideas and recommendations.
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in upselling products or services.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$38.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
