As a Warehouse Supervisor, your role is to oversee warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure that the warehouse functions effectively and safely. You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to create targets and operate the warehouse within budget. The warehouse handles a high volume of LTL freight.

Biiibo is a fast-growing start-up and market leader in the on-demand delivery service for construction materials and supplies space. Since our launch in early 2020, our team has grown from 10 employees to 100 in less than a year With proven success in the industry and no runway, we are growing exponentially and we’re looking for driven challenge-seekers to join our team

**_ What is Expected:_**
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring that key targets are met on time and within budget.
- Effectively manage high volumes of inventory, ensuring that customers are satisfied by service levels and delivery times.
- Create, manage, and evaluate budgets for a range of warehouse operations.
- Provide support, training, and mentorship for a collaborative team of staff.
- Set targets and measure results across a range of KPIs.
- Evaluate existing processes and introduce efficiencies where possible.
- Take ownership of premises and safety management for the warehouse, ensuring that all processes comply with relevant legislation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of business partners.
- Receive product and communicate it to our team.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the office team.

**_ Do You Have What It Takes?_**

Aside from a positive can-do attitude, you'll need:

- 3+ years of related work experience
- Knowledge of building and construction materials
- Experience/certification in operational management would be an asset.
- Forklift license, CPR & First aid certification, WHMIS, Other safety certification is an asset.
- Track record of implementing process improvements in a busy warehouse environment.
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office programs and warehouse management software.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide a high-performing team in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to look at the big picture without losing sight of the small details.
