**À propos des missions**

Vous êtes un porte-parole de notre marque. Dans ce rôle, et accompagné de l’équipe, vous:

- Visez l’excellence et en faites toujours plus pour chaque client afin d’offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
- Développez un portefeuille fidèle de clients existants et nouveaux
- Recrutez, dirigez et développez une équipe en faisant preuve d’un état d’esprit de développement, de passion et d’enthousiasme.
- Dépassez les objectifs individuels et d’équipe en matière de service client et de ventes.
- Êtes la force motrice et encouragez les opportunités de service et de vente, nouvelles et existantes, ayant un impact direct sur notre croissance et notre succès.

**À propos de vous**

Vous êtes un Gerant de boutique expérimenté, et vous avez:

- Travaillé dans un environnement de vente multiculturel, avec un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience.
- De l’expérience au sein des marques de mode/cosmétiques/lifestyle de luxe accessible.
- D’excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de coaching.
- Une bonne maîtrise des outils numériques.
- Une personnalité dynamique pour établir des relations de confiance avec les clients, les équipes et vos interlocuteurs.
- Une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise.
