We are currently looking for a CONTRACTOR SERVICES TEAM MEMBERfor our Madeira Park Store to join our growing team. We are currently seeking a **CONTRACTOR SERVICES TEAM MEMBER **for full time opportunities.

**The Opportunity**

The **Contractor Services Team Member Madeira Park (CSTM)** is responsible for developing strong relationships with professional customers and contractors to provide excellent customer service and support the development of contractor business. The Contractor Services Team Member Madeira Park, operates as an extended member of the Sechelt Contractor Services Team and works collaboratively with them to ensure Contractor Services in Madeira Park are optimized.

**What you will do**
- Developing strong relationships with professional customers and contractors to provide excellent customer service and support the development of contractor business.
- Advising professional customers and contractors on appropriate merchandise required for their projects.
- Preparing customer quotes and estimates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ordering Building Materials and Special-Order items for professional customers and contractors.
- Staying well organized, managing multiple projects and keeping strong records to ensure follow up and delivery.
- Keeping up to date with product trends, new technologies and local Building Codes to best support professional customers and contractors.
- Supports the Contractor Service Team by being actively involved in Contractor Sales, setting targets, BLT weekly reviews, on time deliveries, and achieving sales objectives and expectations.
- Responsible to deliver results within deadlines and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Works towards targets regarding sales, margin, inventory management, profitability, in stock and expense control.
- Works closely with the Director of Finance & Administration/Office Assistant on managing the well-being of Contractor Accounts and monitors Credit Limits and payments.
- Customer first ‘Always’, to provide excellent customer service - Yes is the answer "now what was the question."
- Addresses customers concerns appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supporting retail sales team in providing customer service by processing transactions and assisting where needed.
