**Why this role is important?**

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Executes all relevant deliverables related SHNs digital health strategy, and actively participates in all related meetings
- Participates on the programs lead meetings and supports/leads project-based work, as appropriate
- Engages with stakeholders to ensure diverse perspective and voice is included in all efforts
- Ability to help others think critically and share complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences both orally and in writing.
- Thoroughly understand the end-to-end customer experience and strive to improve the experience across all aspects of the journey
- Develop and continuously iterate on the digital strategy, vision and roadmap enabling the business teams to drive their P&L goals
- Run feature prioritization sessions and work closely with design and development teams to bring features to market while ensuring feasibility, built-in quality and milestones are met
- Continuously measure core success metrics and identify opportunities to iterate and improve features and offerings
- Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, including researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry, and technical matters and utilizing problem-solving skills.
- Works with SHN and LCL stakeholders to identify and support opportunities to integrate and streamline digital health strategies and solutions to support improved efficiency, value, and colleague/patient/provider experience
- Facilitates sharing of local best or leading practices to support spread, scale, and integration of successful digital/virtual initiatives
- Participate in collecting feedback from users and translating these findings into product development
- Promote Agile & Product best practices as well as becoming a customer champion

**What you’ll bring to this role**:

- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work.
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
- A curiosity for modern technology and learning how it can enable businesses and organizations to deliver better and differently.
- Relevant experience, either from consulting & professional services or in an industry role.
- Strong communication, presentation and writing skills.
- Experience in one or many of the following:

- Technology and IT operating models
- IT governance models and processes
- IT strategic sourcing
- Agile software development and implementation processes and tools
- Scrum Master (and other agile certifications), PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, and other related technology certifications would be an asset.
