We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the logistics process, including transportation via all modes and order fulfillment. **Duties**:

- Organize import, export and expedite third party shipments via all modes of transportation and resoleve any issues of timely shipment
- Organize & oversee operational logistics in relation to shipping at all levels of the supply chain
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports
- Negotiation of Containers Freight with shipping companies & Freight Forwarder
- Communicate with the concerned party ( supplier & customer ) to give shiping advice & share documents in a timely manner
- Respond to all vendors & customer enquiry

Provide information to the documentation team for the preperation of export / shipping documents
- Otherwise assist where possible in the growth of Company's business

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in tracking shipments and optimizing routes
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping
