**Representative, Cash Application and Customer Service**

We are currently looking for a Representative, Cash Application and Customer Service, whose primary mandate will be to ensure the collection of assigned accounts in accordance with current credit policy and practice. You will also be the point of contact for questions from business entities on follow-up accounts.

**When your actions lead to success.**- Work with multiple bank accounts, USD and CAD currency, perform deposit upload by Excel.
- Perform research and make corrections according to requests from business entities and internal collaborators.
- Review daily deposit checks for missing dates, currencies and signatures.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of internal controls 52-109 and provide the necessary assistance for internal and external verification when required.
- Classify documents and electronic files relating to filings.

**When your expertise drives us.**:

- College diploma in administration or equivalent experience in a similar position
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in data processing
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft and basic accounting principles, an asset
- Knowledge of Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Customer service oriented
- Dynamic, comfortable in a teamwork environment
- Autonomy and sense of organization
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with teams and clients outside Quebec)
