If you are a professional and reliable individual with carpentry and/or handyman experience and have knowledge in any of the above areas, you may be a great fit for our needs. We are looking to hire a handyman either full time or part-time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Painting: Execute painting projects including interior and exterior surfaces of commercial properties, ensuring good-quality results and adherence to specified color schemes.

Carpentry - simple and basic carpentry may sometimes be required.

Door Handle Replacements: Install, repair, or replace door handles, knobs, and locks as needed to maintain proper functioning and security.

Ceiling Lamps and Lights Replacements: Remove and replace.

Drywall Repairs: Patch and repair drywall, including filling holes, cracks, and other surface imperfections, to maintain a well-maintained and professional environment.

Cleanup: maintaining cleanliness after works.

Small Renovation Projects: Perform small renovation projects, which may include repairs or upgrades to enhance the property's aesthetics and functionality.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in painting, drywall repairs, and general maintenance tasks. Carpentry knowledge snd experience will be advantageous.

Strong knowledge and skills in lock changing, door handle replacements, and ceiling lights and lamps replacements.

Familiarity with common maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working at heights when necessary.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering good-quality workmanship.

Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.

Effective communication skills.
