Carpenter/renovator

**Job Duties**:

- Working with the Project Managers to review Construction Scopes and scheduling
- Execute renovation projects from start to finish
- Help the Restoration team on demolition when required
- Communicate daily updates to team for customer updates
- Sourcing materials and supplies
- Organizing and managing all reconstruction tools
- Doing whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction on reconstruction projects

**Requirements**:

- Preference is 2-3 years work experience in a renovation environment
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Ontario Building Code and construction related trades
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients
- Ensure worksite is clean and compliant as per safety rules, regulations and company policies
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, planning and prioritization
- Clean driver abstracts with G License
- Must be able to provide a criminal check

Compensation will be based on experience, skillset and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
