**What are we looking for?**:
BetterSleep is looking for a Product leader with experience and passion for building and growing successful consumer (B2C) products. This individual will lead the product vision, its roadmap and a team responsible for product optimization and end-to-end implementation, working to deliver a top performing product by using data, intuition and innovative thinking. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hire, train and manage the product team, design team;
- Take end-to-end ownership of our entire product KPIs;
- Create a product strategy and roadmap;
- Effectively collaborate with all internal stakeholders for our client acquisition efforts including but not limited to Growth, Customer Success, Legal, B2b.
- Lead highly visible and critical initiatives that materially impact the trajectory of the company. This includes end-to-end ownership of new products, features, and experiments;
- Create and manage the internal processes to work effectively with the data and software engineering teams to maximize impact.
- Create and maintain a values-based, high-performance, and data-driven culture within the product team as well as for the rest of the company.
- Set the product roadmap for the business.
- Continually seek ways to improve everything we do and optimize the value we bring to our stakeholders.
- Own KPI's and be obsessed about them.

**What will you NOT do?**

**Profile**:

- 4 years + of experience in a product role at a B2C company, some of which includes managing product managers.
- Strategy and Operations experience.
- Proven success through high and measurable business impact and increasing responsibilities.
- Growth and experiment-driven mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results.
- Deep understanding of unit/business economics and proven ability to balance business and technical considerations for product decisions.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Super analytical: proven experience in using data and relevant tools for driving critical business outcomes.
- Experience in quickly launching products on a regular basis in an agile environment with a track record of delivering products on time and with high quality.
- Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, able to work independently.
