Some of the duties include:

- preparing newsletters
- ensuring all CCEYA regulations are being met
- preparing staffing schedules
- organizing special events for the school/classes
- maintaining social media presence
- helping cover for staff absences, including in the kitchen as needed
- helping plan professional development opportunities for the team on our PD days
- helping the school run as smoothly as possible by having an open, positive and helpful attitude as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills and great interpersonal skills with parents, colleagues and children
- Current 2-step TB test (within the past year) - Satisfactory Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Check (within last 6 months) - Food Handlers Certificate an asset
