Come grow with us...North American Stamping is expanding and looking to hire. We are looking for a Weld Technician/Millwright to join our team Hours of work are based on a rotating Days (7:00am - 3:30PM) and Afternoons (3:10pm - 11:40pm) schedule.

**The position duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Interpret, setup, and operate machines in accordance with specifications, drawings, and job information
- Setup CNC Jig plates outside of machines
- Work with designers to create and/or modify prints to reflect changes
- Requisition supplies and spare parts for CNC and EDM machines
- Assist and provide suggestions for improvement (quality, efficiency, production)
- Support new tool build teams to meet requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Conduct minor programming as required
- Maintain a clean work area
- Work in a safe manner and adhere to safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications we are looking for include, but are not limited to:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of CNC Technician or Manufacturing Engineering programs is preferred
- Experience as a CNC or EDM Operator an asset
- Basic MS Office, CAD skills and programming skills
- Self-motivated with proven experience to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Proven experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Able to stand, walk, bend, twist and reach daily
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs daily
