At Rocky View Speech Therapy Inc. (RVST), we believe in empowering Speech-Language Pathologists to chart their professional journey. Our private practice provides in-home play-based, neurodiversity affirming, and family-centered care in Calgary. We are actively seeking passionate and skilled professionals to join our growing team. This role is best suited for experienced SLPs in private practice seeking relief from the challenges of marketing and billing, as well as those eager to venture into private practice with a solid support network. We offer the flexibility to customize the role to meet your specific needs and preferences.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **In-Home Excellence**: Deliver high quality in-home speech therapy services.
- **Personalized Treatment**: Collaborate closely with families to craft personalized treatment plans, embracing neurodiversity affirming, play and evidence-based practices in your therapy sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- **Professional Registration**: Current or intended registration with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
- **Driving**: Possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- **Insurance**:Have current professional liability insurance.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A Vulnerable Sector Check is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $105.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
