**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform handworking tasks on aerospace parts, including deburring, sanding, polishing, and finishing.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Use various hand tools and equipment to modify and finish parts as required.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Document work performed and communicate any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a handworker or in a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with hand tools and finishing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting parts as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus.
- Proven experience with Handworking in an aerospace or precision engineering environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Must be available to work swing shifts.
- Ability to occasionally travel to the USA for service calls.
- Criminal records check (police clearance) required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
