As KevCon Construction grows, we are seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Lead Hand to play a key role in our projects while executing our highest level of installation and communication standards. Responsibilities for this Lead Hand would include installing exterior materials on homes and business’ while managing 2-4 team members fluently through projects.

KevCon Construction is a locally run, family-owned, exterior solutions company with 17 years of residential building and cladding experience. Our vision is to establish ourselves as the premier choice in exterior renovations, setting the standards for excellence in siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough and roofing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
