Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Cleaning vacant apartments to ensure they are move in ready on a timely basis
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the common areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Ensure all areas are well-maintained and free from safety hazards
- Follow established protocols for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment and tools
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
