**Storekeeper**:
**Role and responsibilities**

Reporting to the Materials Manager, the incumbent is responsible for employee service, material receiving and the department's continuous improvement projects. The incumbent will be called upon to participate in the development of store structuring initiatives.

**Your Challenge**
- Receive, place and distribute equipment required by employees;
- Make certain purchases;
- Receive orders, verify contents of deliveries and liaise for inventory tracking and distribution to requestor;
- Enter, analyze and understand data relating to all store items. Complete incoming and outgoing material records in the computer system;
- Perform periodic material counts;
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment, within the limits of his/her responsibilities;
- Participate actively in the department's various continuous improvement projects.

**You have the following skills**
- AEC in inventory management, procurement or other relevant discipline;
- Experience as a storekeeper in a manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge of construction and manufacturing tools and materials;
- Comfortable with computers (Excel, Word);
- Demonstrates autonomy and resourcefulness;
- Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment (speed of execution);
- Demonstrates rigor and attention to detail;
- Excellent sense of urgency, planning and organization;
- Able to work alone in his/her own environment and as part of a team on projects;
- Ability to handle heavy loads (50 lbs);
- Bilingualism (French/English);
