Job Overview:
As eCommerce Merchandising and Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for making changes and updates to the site, adding new products, updating collection pages and executing tasks related to the Merchandising and Marketing Calendar. This role is primarily execution where you will be the one completing the tasks. Being organized and efficient with your time is really important in this role as is being flexible.

Key Responsibilities:
Owner of the Merchandising & Marketing Calendar (annual calendar that tracks our merchandising, marketing and promo events throughout the year). Your job would be to populate the calendar with items given to you from the marketing team and ensure the calendar events are all executed (You aren’t creating the calendar, more so keeping it organized and executing the tasks that are on it)

Executing all merchandising to ensure effective product positioning and merchandising to maximize sales and customer engagement

On-site merchandising

Vendor marketing program merchandising

Executing vendor marketing

Working with category managers to help communicate merchandising/marketing opportunities to vendors and then populating the events into the vendor calendar

Communicating with vendors to coordinate marketing objectives and invoices

Managing and updating website data

Adding/updating products and website copy/images

Building out and designing out collection pages

Supporting the Head of Marketing

Helping coordinate marketing tasks

Following Current Health Trends

Conduct regular health market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning

You will be successful in this role and our company if you are:

- Someone who uses vitamins & is excited to promote them to others
- Always looking for workplace efficiencies and optimizations
- Flexible and hard working

Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully merchandising a 1000+ product eCommerce Shopify store
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising
- Keeping up with health trends (TikTok, blogs, podcasts etc)
- Working out of the office a minimum of 2 days per week
- Working in the warehouse 5 hours a week (stocking shelves, receiving, etc)
- Attending the annual Canadian Health Association weekend show in Toronto each fall

Software Experience
- Google spreadsheets
- Shopify
- Using AI content generators
- (very) Basic HTML
- Quickbooks (bonus)

**Location**:

- Oakville, near Oakville Place Mall at Trafalgar & QEW
