Evening Kitchen Position

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Preparing menu items to A&W recipes
- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning requirements
- Work with a team of cooks to prep work for other shifts when needed
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock (first in, first out)
- Follow all food safety standards
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and reset for the opening team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be team oriented
- Must be at least 15 years old to work in the kitchen
- Full online and hands on training provided
- Must be able to work until close (approx. 1/2 to an hour after the restaurant closes)
