**Responsibilities**:
- Design and create brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and other marketing materials while adhering to established brand standards for both print and digital media.
- Develop captivating graphics, infographics, and multimedia content that attract our target audience.
- Collaborate with the team to build various components for our digital campaigns, websites, and microsites.
- Conceptualize, script, and produce videos and plan and execute product photography sessions.
- Collaborate with freelancers or agencies as needed for video and photography production, taking charge from concept to completion.
- Oversee the design and production of promotional products.
- Create powerful and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate our brand's values, products, and messages.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Office and HTML.
- Super detail-oriented and have a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns.
- Creative and takes the initiative to innovate
- Must be hands-on and able to work collaboratively and independently in a small team environment.
- Good listener: takes notes of everything and delivers what has been requested
- Open to feedback; Someone who adapts well
- Self-motivated, able to run their own ship
- Professional and positive
