IT Specialist

**Our business**:
Cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

**Job purpose**:
The IT Specialist will lead and manage all IT-related systems and innovations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage contracts for all IT-related systems and software
- Lead installation, configuration, testing and maintenance or ERP system
- Lead transition between ERP systems
- Participate in analysis, configuration, and alignment of the ERP software
- Ensure system security and data integrity
- Assist in identifying company-wide training needs to facilitate system implementation and coordinate end-user training
- Lead trainings for administrative and instructional staff on specific operations
- Keep up-to-date with new and emerging technologies
- Assist in selecting and establishing new subsidiary systems, equipment, and integration

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in computer sciences, software engineering, or similar field
- Experience in ERP implementation is an asset
- Experience implementing systems in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Experience with NetSuite is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
