As a Quality Analyst at Ubisoft Sherbrooke, you will contribute to enhancing the operation of a live game by continuously optimizing the quality assurance workflow of the tools and services that support it.

By joining one of our production teams, you will evaluate our current methods of managing live games and seek opportunities to do things differently, with the goal of continuous improvement.

We will rely on you to provide new and improved procedures, processes, and tools. Additionally, you will guide your colleagues in adopting the changes along the way.

**Job Description**:
What You Will Do
- Coordinate, assess, and prioritize automation testing needs + contribute to the overall strategy of tools and services.
- Create and document test strategies and development procedures throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Validate checklists and scenarios (test plans, scripts, smoke tests, health tests, and health assessments) developed by the testing team.
- Work closely with the product team to exchange information about existing and new features and processes, providing a quality assurance perspective.
- Research quality assurance tools that align with the test strategy design + collaborate with interdependent teams to develop them.
- Oversee the deployment and versioning of tools and services.
- Define the validation flow for different quality dimensions (features, performance, reliability, etc.).
- Monitor test execution, collecting test metrics and suggesting process improvements.
- Identify and maintain test environments based on project requirements.
- Define development metrics + assess the impact of process changes (DevOps principles).
- Knowledge of: - QA methods

**Qualifications**:
What You Bring to the Team
- Approximately 2 years of experience in quality assurance or software development (or other relevant experience)
- A degree in computer science (or related field)
- Experience with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript
- The ability to create clear documents and reports
- A collaborative mindset + proactivity and resourcefulness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
