Miller

**Schedule**
Day miller: 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Monday
- Thursday
Afternoon miller: 1:30 PM- 12:00 AM, Tuesday
- Friday

**Duties and Requirements**

The Miller monitors and operates all machinery and milling equipment located in the milling room, while ensuring that all produced material confirms to our quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities and duties include:

- Understand, monitor, and operate all milling machinery and equipment safely
- Equipment includes the hammer mill, stone mill, groat cutter, sifters, bag houses, dust collectors, rotary valves, cyclones, dwell hoppers, magnets, and conveyance augers
- Perform sieve tests, visual inspections, tactile inspections, and sensory inspections to ensure all materials meet quality and food safety standards
- Complete production documentation accurately (IFS)
- Follow and monitor planned production schedules closely
- Assist in other departments as needed
- Help conduct mill maintenance as needed
- Follow all company policies

Pay: $22.77-$25.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
