**Receptionist**

**Who you are**:
You have a professional and friendly demeanor coupled with excellent customer service skills. You exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work, are punctual, and reliable. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and are proficient in computer. Preferably have previous experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative position, although it is not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and hard work ethic are the most important attributes
- Responsibilities:_
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
- Takes customer complaints or issues and pass them on to the appropriate parties
- Organizes and files company documents either electronically or with a paper filing system
- Assist making appointment for service customers when BDC is unavailable
- Ensuring showroom and customer waiting area is tidy and presentable throughout the day
- Support and communicate with internal team members or clients and understand their needs
- Data entry and filing as Accounting support
- Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change
- Prioritize and delegate, especially when there is a high volume of tasks
