**You have**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to exercise tact and discretion when dealing with confidential company and client information
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service focused and willing to assist where needed to meet business needs
- Willing to learn all Operations support functions to provide backup and coverage as needed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable interacting with management, staff, clients, contractors, and consultants
- Knowledge of the Road Construction or Traffic Control industries a definite asset

**As a Depot Administrator, you will**:

- Accurately enter data for sales orders, packing slips, rental contracts, delivery and pickup tickets.
- Coordinate inventory for sales and rentals ordering.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Coordinate customer/depot payments and submit copies to head office weekly/monthly.
- Answer incoming calls and assume other reception duties as required.
- Respond to questions and requests for information.
- Maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock of necessary office materials/ equipment and checking inventory monthly
- Coordinate service and repairs of office equipment.
- Submit hours to payroll and assist in managing employee time sheets
- Assist with the implementation of systems-related projects and processes.
- Maintain and file both paper and digital contracts
- Collaborate with other depots on contracts as required.
- Act as a back up dispatcher/co-ordinator
- Other duties as required to support customer and business needs
