**Summary**

Slegg Building Materials is currently seeking a Full-Time Replenishment Lead Hand to join our team. The shifts are Monday - Friday 1pm - 9pm. We offer a competitive compensation package, and our Extended Health & Dental benefits start after 3 months.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as top priorities
- Oversee the Replenishment Team
- Responsible for replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor from the stockroom
- Assists in the stocking/merchandising of incoming truck freight to the sales floor and stockroom
- Restock merchandise on selling floor
- Pack downs
- Organization of the stockroom
- Position will be working inside and outside
- Assist in keeping product signage/ pricing accurate
- Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
- Keyholder
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Have previous experience in a similar supervisory role
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- In store marketing experience an asset
- Perform repetitive lifting
- Forklift/scissor lift experience is an asset
- Physical requirements include:

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
- Pulling, pushing, bending and torso twisting movements with weight
- Detail orientated with disciplined work habits
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- A positive can do attitude is essential
